My provider has made 2 referrals to this provider, one in February and one in April. Have not heard anything from this practice. Called yesterday to follow up was on hold twice for over 30 minutes, with the last one being I guess beat closing so they just disconnected the call. When a person is referred to a neurologist it is usually because there are some disturbing signs or tests that need to followed up on. This type of medical management is not ok. Just tell the primary you don’tHave time or capacity to accept their referral so everyone can move on!
