Poor and deceptive phone service. The recording will tell you "You are number 1" or "You are number 2, the call wait is 2 minutes". The message repeats for more than 10-15 minutes and no one picks" the 2 minutes turn into 10-15 minutes. If you leave message for call back no one calls back. I have experienced this severally. This is not a one time incidence. Figure that!!! Poor customer service.

Scheduling was poor. We have their paperwork clearly indicating 11:10am Jameson CT in Carmichael. When we went to our appointment, they told us our appointment is at Folsom. Someone needs to be fired before we come back.

Very upset with my interactions so far. I was sent here on an urgent referral due to my illness and needing treatment next month. Every time I have called they say they have not received the referral. After pressing the person on the phone several times and giving the exact dates they were sent, he finally said oh yes they did receive a referral but they are missing documents. My provider has now sent it over three times with all the necessary documents and he still claims they have not received it. They told me they should receive it the day of or by the next day and I have waited several days each time before calling back to check the status. If you received a partial referral why would you not follow up with the provider to get it sorted out. I have been calling back and forth for over a week now and am very irritated they have not made any effort to receive the correct documents. I even called before sending my referral to ensure they are accepting new patients and that they accept my insurance. The whole process of calling the office is frustrating as well, I sit on hold for over 15 min just to get sent to voicemail. Then they call me back and I can't hear anything which forces me to go through the entire process again until I can finally reach someone. This has happened every time I have called to check the status of my referral. I was excited to come here as the Neurologist seems like a very caring provider, but now I am not sure I'll even be seen here.

This office is going to be shut down. Do not use this Dr office. They are completely unsafe, and unprofessional. They make it very common to not show up to the office. Recently my 78 year old mom went for her 8am appointment and no one was in the office, she sat there for over an hour, she walked back into the office full of medical equipment a complete unsafe environment. She walked next door and was told this office does this all the time. Such an unprofessional joke. If all this is not enough, there voicemail says if you are mean to us we do not need to keep you as a patient. So when you call to complain they say we don't have to listen to you and they hang up.

i dont know how to rated yet because my dad havent see them yet.he was schedule for 7/1, i got a txt msg a week prior that they need to rs his appt. i called on tuesday, the receptionist said someone will call me back, no one call by wednesday. wednesday afternoon i got a reminder of his appt. i called and got hang up on twice. and called again and again and was hold . been on hold for 20mins no one pick up my calls.

The staff is helpful and the doctor is wonderful. However, the waiting time to be seen is HORRIBLE. Both times I have been here, we have waited 30 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Not professional.
