My 12x16 pavilion was completed today and has been a great experience. From my first contact with Brad to the finishing touches today, all of my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The best product, best people experience - gorgeous result! I'm very picky, and with decades of DIY building/landscape installs, was a tough customer (I've built 5 backyard pavilions myself over the years). Picked the biggest Mammoth kit possible for our pool - way too big to do myself. Brad was fantastic to work with. The notched carpentry was beautifully done, and I'm confident this timber beast could have elephants swinging from it. The referred installer (a licensed GC) was professional, precise, and completed perfect work. It's pricey - but I got more than I paid for in high-quality - so if you want lasting value, select what you'll be happy with 10 years from now, and pick this place! Best project I've had done at this house - including my own work, which just flat amazed me.
