The best product, best people experience - gorgeous result! I'm very picky, and with decades of DIY building/landscape installs, was a tough customer (I've built 5 backyard pavilions myself over the years). Picked the biggest Mammoth kit possible for our pool - way too big to do myself. Brad was fantastic to work with. The notched carpentry was beautifully done, and I'm confident this timber beast could have elephants swinging from it. The referred installer (a licensed GC) was professional, precise, and completed perfect work. It's pricey - but I got more than I paid for in high-quality - so if you want lasting value, select what you'll be happy with 10 years from now, and pick this place! We love our Zen Den outdoor living space! It provides a nice, comfortable outdoor living experience. The shade and backyard privacy are perfect! The outdoor swing is fantastic! It’s so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the backyard. We love our Notched pergola so much that we are currently having additional structures being added to our backyard. We purchased this pergola within the past year. We were very pleased with the entire process from point of sale through setup.The pergola is very well constructed. We feel certain it is made to last, and will endure the wind and changing seasons here in Arizona!This is a beautiful pergola! We've had so many compliments from visiting friends and family! The wood grain and color is gorgeous. It's so well designed.We love that we were able to set up comfortable seating to our liking. We were able to fit a loveseat and two chairs along with a good sized fire pit. This is in addition to the included daybed swing! With all this seating, there's still plenty of space for legs and moving around each other.The included cushions and pillows that came with the daybed swing are well made and very comfortable.We love the lighting package that came with it. It’s a lot of fun to pick designs depending on the time of year and holidays.Honestly, there's nothing negative we can say, based on our experience with the sales team, setup, or construction. Everything went flawlessly. We feel very confident that should an issue arise, they are going to take care of it in a timely matter.Our pergola included a really nice fire pit, which made for a nice little adjacent area to hang out with friends.We did add a set of sun/wind screens, purchased at one of the box stores, and which required no cutting. A big plus!Having this pergola has inspired us to upgrade the landscaping around it. We definitely spend more time out in our lovely backyard oasis now!We definitely would not hesitate to use this company again for future projects! Less

Our pavillion was a pretty big structure! Brad was awesome to work with. He did site inspection and then came back out to verify all measurements after the footings were poured, the delivery was right on time, once again Brad was onsite for the installation. We ran into a couple small issues but Brad was right there to take care of it! The kit fitment was outstanding and the finished product is awesome! Less
