My first time considering a mobile pet grooming company. I called and the owner was very professional. The price was affordable and I was able to be squeezed in for a same day appointment. Carlos came and he was so nice and professional as well. He took care of my fur baby and my fur baby looks great! I loved my experience with HydroDog. They arrived on time and were very communicative the entire process. My dog got a full groom, looks great and smells amazing! My dog is very nervous when it comes to getting groomed, so I hate having to leave her for long periods of time with groomers. HydroDog was very quick! The best part I didn’t have to drive anywhere! Definitely would use again.

UPDATE: I was very pleased to receive a call apologizing about the service rendered. There was no fault finding or excuse making for the service. The groomer came back out and took care of my fur baby. The transparency of their acceptance of the situation speaks volumes of the type of business they are. I am glad to say that it is a pleasure to meet upstanding people that provide service to the communities and willingness to ensure the service they are known for is not tainted. This situation was rectified in a very professional manner. I don't mind doing business with companies that are willing to right the wrongs in professional manners. My fur baby Max likes the groomer.Thank you!!!First review was a 2 star:I reached out to see if I could get my baby groomed and was very happy that they would send someone on the day. They sent me a confirmation text letting me know the groomer would be here. The groomer never showed up and I didn't receive a call to let me know he was running late or not coming. I called and was asked if I could reschedule for a later time in the day. The groomer contacted me asking if he could come in the morning. I called the shop and we rescheduled for the next day.For the service I received, I should have reached out to someone else. I was quite disappointed with the final results. After the grooming session, I called them but Noone answered nor called back. I received a text asking how was my service. I responded and they apologized and hoped next time would be better.So when Max (my dog) came in the house he looked so fluffy. When I ran my hand on his fur I felt so many matted spots. I combed him through and got a ball of matted hair from him. How could that be if he was combed out while blow drying? I spent too much money for the service I received. I can't and will not recommend this service. The neighbor was inquiring about the services I received and decided not to use them. The groomer was a nice guy but the quality for service was quite disappointing.

wow….this company is first class all the way! Alimi is a caring, compassionate man who is very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions in a straightforward way. Carlos, scruffy’s groomer, texted me an hour and a half earlier than our appointment to let me know he could come early! my fur baby, scruffy, was instantly comfortable with Carlos…he listened to my instructions on what i wanted him to do with scruffy…which parts of her body i wanted to be cut, what parts i wanted to be kept uncut. he did exactly what i asked for, but what i didn’t know, my favorite part of the wash and groom would be is how scrumptious scruffy smells!! she is so soft (she’s a terrier mix), i didn’t know how soft her fur can be!! 10 out of 5 stars….we will see Carlos again :)

Carlos arrived on time! Our Saint Bernard was a little excited when Carlos arrived but he has a very calming voice! Carlos took his time and did a great job grooming Miki our Saint! We r greatly pleased with the service!

Carlos did an excellent job with our two large dogs this morning. Our doodle mix looks so handsome after his cut. Carlos was also able to cut our lab mix’s nails— which is no small task! We will definitely be using this service again!
