The crew that cut down the tree were very kind and did a good job. Although parts of the fence were broken during the process, they did come back with new lumber and fixed the fence. The pickup/removal started way too early (3:50a) disturbing the neighbors. A large portion of the trunk remains to be cut up and removed.

Tri-state participates in the spam texting operation. I have been getting 10 or so texts a week about "work being done in my area". I finally responded to one, and Tri-state called me back. We don't need companies that harass people for business.

Excellent job. Very large Water Oak that had limbs hanging over the house. They were unable to access with a crane, but did a masterful job with bucket lift. Debris and clean-up was done quickly and effectively. Remaining stump grinding required some large, deep roots removal. Accomplished to my satisfaction.
