I just had Adem come over to complete an inspection of our dishwasher isolation valve and an inspection of behind and around our dishwasher to verify no water leakage. From the initial conversation over the phone to arrange the booking and quotation until Adem completed the job, Adem was a consummate professional in the way he carried out his work, and is respectful of his customers time. Adem arrived precisely within the window he said he would and was overall just an fantastic person to deal with. He is honest, transparent and went above and beyond with providing additional advice on our dishwasher. I'm super glad I found Adem/Akin Pro Plumbing, and can say with with certainty he's my go to guy for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you, Adem & Akin Pro Plumbing!!

Adem was fantastic to deal with. He arrived exactly when he said he would, provided a few options and was upfront with the pricing. Pricing is very reasonable and fair.My sewer issue was promptly fixed, and he even provided additional advice for future maintenance and a solution for an unrelated stormwater issue.Highly recommended

We had a leak behind the vanity at mum's place and after some googling, called Akin pro plumbing. Adam arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, recommended the necessary parts, and provided a fair quote to remove and replace the vanity. When the parts arrived, he returned as scheduled, on time. Due to poor workmanship from a previous plumber, the job took longer than expected, but Adam still honoured his original quote as he wanted to ensure everything met his own high standards.A couple of days later, an unrelated leak appeared near our hot water tank. Adam kindly stopped by, applied a temporary fix, and explained what would be needed long term.Fantastic service, honest workmanship, and great communication. Will definitely  recommend to friends and use him for all future plumbing issues!
