⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I joined Bootcamp SE16 on 4 June and have been attending twice a week since then. I began with a 2‑week trial, trying out different trainers, Stephanie, Gintare, Kseniya, and Mark, as well as a variety of classes, from strength‑focused workouts to anaerobic sessions.What drew me in is the Outdoor, fresh‑air setting, we train in nature, which beats any indoor gym.Professional instructors, they’re all experts and passionate about coaching.Supportive community, a diverse group with shared goals means you’re never alone🦾Today marks 3 weeks in, and I’ve never been one for gyms, I’ve only done walking and swimming before. On my first day, I honestly thought I might pass out! The rest of the team was so strong and inspiring. By the second week, I was keeping up, though my whole body ached. This third week, however, feels like a breakthrough: I’m completing exercises quicker, with much less pain. I can feel my body transforming, stronger, faster, and more in tune.If you’re on the fence, just try it!! those 2 trial weeks are a game changer. I’ve already noticed real changes in my body, and I’m excited to keep going. I’ve even started doing the instructors’ exercises at home once a week, and it’s helping, but nothing compares to the push you get in the actual sessions!
