Mr. Hickox and the Arctic Chill folks are good people. He came out to what I suspected was a bad capacitor, turns out he just had to actuate a plunger solenoid a few times and it crunk right up. Mr. Hickox was quick, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this business for their integrity and stellar service!

Allen was able to locate our issue & repair it on the spot!! He had the part with him so no waiting for days for an ordered part. We were so pleased, the feels like temp was over 100 that day. We are Senior Citizens both with breathing issues, it could have been a disaster for our health! Couldn’t have asked for better & services, education & prompt service. Ryan was absolutely amazing! He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He never tried to push repairs, services, or anything else that I didn’t actually need, which I really appreciated. He made the entire process easy and stressfree, and the pricing was great as well. It’s hard to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely seems to care about helping the customer instead of just making a sale.
