Both Alan and Ryan were great! Arctic chill gave me a good price on purchasing and installing a mini split system. They were quick and efficient while still taking the time to explain the setup and how the system works. Will definitely use Arctic chill for any future HVAC issues.

Alan showed up same day called, very professional and extremely courteous. He went right to work, figured out what was going on with my unit and did a temporary fix (but fixed) and ordered me a new thermostat. Ryan came two days later and installed new thermostat.Thanks guys
