Night and day difference between my old SMP technician and Ali. He takes the time to understand what you want and makes it happen. You can tell he truly enjoys his work and wants his customers to be happy with the results of his artistry. Never felt rushed and even if the process takes multiple sessions he makes it happen for that goal of looking your best. He’s a wealth of knowledge about scalp care that I didn’t receive at my other SMP location. Highly recommend!

Ali is a decent smp artist, overall he did an okay job on my scalp. Not the best nor the worst. I've actually really enjoyed going and hanging out with him during my many sessions I've had with him. Very friendly in person and will call you brother and smile to your face. For some odd reason he always had an issue with my scalp, ranging between my scalp being full of "build up" or constantly being asked if I am "taking any sort of medication that might be causing my skin to have a reaction to the needle or ink". I had recommended 2 other people to go and have work done by Ali and oddly, he told them the same exact thing about their scalps. I've spoken to a few other smp artists and they have no issues with that when it comes to my scalp whatsoever. The last time I spoke with Ali about getting another session (which was quite a few months ago) he had told me that I had a lot of sessions already and that if I wanted another one I had to pay for a "kit" which was apparently on sale for $389. (Which do not even exist. You can even check their websites) needles and ink are not even that expensive. To my ignorance I gave Ali the money over cash app without even thinking and was planning on going out there for one final session but then my car started having issues. I needed the money back and asked Ali to send it back so that I could put it toward getting my car fixed. He replied and promised to give me the money back as soon as he had another client. Several months later I still have not gotten my $389 back from Ali and it is very hard to get in touch with him. Whenever I do get in touch with him it seems as though he has another excuse or another sob story. He then proceeds to promise to give me my money back when he can. He also scammed the 2 other people that I had recommended to him in the same way.I have had multiple SMP artists telling me that Ali was not being truthful with me and they are constantly fixing jobs that Ali had done. It seems that Ali is quite notorious. From what it looks like to me, Ali is the type to try to argue with those who have given him a negative review and I expect him to say something very witty and argumentative to this review.Instead of arguing with me he could just do the right thing and give me my money back.I have given you a lot of time and I have been very patient with you. I've even tried calling you after I wrote this review, to which there were no answers or calls back. Whatever it is that you are going through, I hope you get it sorted out and get your life in order, my friend.Ali, I think it is only right to warn people about this so that they are not scammed as well.

I got SMP to add density for my thin edges. Ali was very knowledgeable and friendly and its obvious he takes pride in his work. My scalp turned out to be a bit difficult to work with but we took our time got through it and I'm happy with the results!

I’ve had failed results with SMP in the past and Ali was not only able to correct this but give me work that is 100x better than I could have imagined. Ali is one of the best professionals I’ve ever met in any field. I cannot say enough positive things about Ali and this Company, I searched meticulously for a professional when I came across Ali. He was professional, corteous, and attentive to my wants and needs from day one. I my gut has never let me down and this time was no exception. The sessions were prolonged and even postponed at times due to my own failure to adhere to Ali's instructions. He was very accommodating to me and finished 100% of the work despite this. Over time woking with him, we formed a pretty cool friendship. His character as a father, friend, and true professional in his field is nothing short of amazing.
