I had worked with the previous Northeast owners in 2022 for new kitchen and bathroom cabinets. However in the course of 2 years, out of all the cabinets, one drawer front was chipping. I think a manufacturing defect, I contacted the new owners and even though we did not have a relationship , they went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new drawer front from the manufacturer.
