My air conditioner stopped working. I called Quallet HVAC on a Saturday afternoon. It was 90 degrees and Joe Quallet came out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the part with one he had in his truck and got my air conditioning back up and running within a half hour. Joe Quallet is extremely professional, knowledgeable and head of a local trustworthy family business. I would rather call him than some big company who doesn't really care about its customers. I highly recommend calling him first!!

I noticed a problem with my central a/c late Monday afternoon and called Quallet. They were at my house Tuesday morning and fixed the issue in two hours. Thank you!

Quallet did a great job, repaired our AC quickly and charged a very fair price. Very happy with results, would definitely call again in the future.

Our air conditioner’s pump broke and we had water all over. I called Quallet at 6 pm , and they were here the next day to fix it !! They were very friendly and explained what they were going to fix so I could understand.

Joe and his team, Joe and Tim, are all fantastic to work with. They are responsive, professional and get the job done right! I have had them to my home three times - twice for routine servicing and once for emergency repair. I’ve always had a positive experience. Thanks Quallet HVAC! So appreciate great local businesses!

Great work. All of the Quallet team are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very positive work attitude.

Excellent job. Very professional and friendly. Came on time and on days promised. Work is great. We love our mini-splits!

You have to love a company owner like Joe who solved my Fujitsu Mini Split problem over the phone and text - at no charge, with no need to actually come to my home - though he was ready to send someone to me the following afternoon. These kinds of interactions really show a person’s (and their company’s) character - and theirs is superior. Joe’s contact info is now a permanent entry in my contacts. I’m sure I’ll need Quallet again sometime.

Quallet gives superior HVAC service. Service call was answered and completed within hours. Highly recommended.

Joe, his son & his team were fabulous. They were extremely professional and did a great job. They put a whole new air conditioning system on the second floor of my house. It took them only two full days and we could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend Quallet HVAC.

We used Quallet HVAC to replace our existing heater with a new heater and added central air. Great job! Very reasonably priced and good people. Very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I've used Quallet for both furnace replacement and hot water heater replacement. They are responsive, honest, and go the extra mile to do the best job possible. I've recommended them to several friends who are also happy with their service.

I had Joe and his team install two split level units in my house. He and his team were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. If you are looking for an HVAC professional you don’t need to look any further than Quallet!

ON TIME .AND VERY DETAILED TECH!!!

When my 20+ year old heater stopped running in mid February, Joe assured me that he could have an entire new unit installed THE VERY NEXT DAY and he delivered! His team arrived first thing in the morning and I had heat before dinner.Joe and his team were respectful and easy to work with. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the work area and removed all debris. I highly recommend them.

My furnace was acting up and the guys at Quallet did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue (on short notice) and getting it replaced. The work was done quickly but thoroughly -- they made sure to test the new unit and properly dispose of the old one.I've used them a few times and they are always friendly and quick to respond. I'll continue to use them for all HVAC jobs at my house moving forward.

Thank you for getting out heat working so quickly. We appreciated very much your quick response. Your team is very kind. Thank you.

Qualet came quickly and did great maintenance work in my two hvac units. Trustworthy and professional. I would recommend.

Excellent experience with Quallet! They installed a new AC system for our very old home. Knowledgeable, reliable, and honest - it was a pleasure working with Joe and his crew. One year on: Just had the yearly AC maintenance done and had them do the heating system maintenance, too. Joe did an excellent, thorough job, and even cleaned the dryer exhaust for me. Quallet is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Blower motor went and within 24 hours Quallet HVAC found a motor and replaced the old. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone for all your HVAC needs.

Joe Sr and Jr always do a very thorough job of explaining what they’re recommending and the outcomes to expect. Even better, they’re extremely responsive and professional when I need service at my home or other properties.

Good to have neighbors like Quallet HVAC. My house is warm and comfortable, these are now my go to people. Prompt and reasonably priced service. THEY'RE THE BEST.

Honesty and quality work. I had an issue with an aging furnace, Joe and his team laid out the facts and their recommendations and allowed me to make the decision on my own, without pressure.I chose to replace, and they were at my house next business day (at exactly the time they said they would).I had a great experience with Quallet, and will certainly be using them for my HVAC needs moving forward.

Excellent work! Tim was very thorough and professional.

Reliable, knowledgeable and professional service performed at our home. Highly recommend this company!

Recommend Joe and his business. Scheduling was super easy online and the morning of the appointment, Joe texted with a timeframe and then again within 20 minutes of his arrival. He kept us updated throughout his work and was thorough and transparent. Payment was very easy online after service and a report was sent afterwards which included photos of the work. A bonus for us was the shoe coverings he wore as a clean courtesy.

This company has a great team of men who came out quickly to replace our HVAC unit. They were informative, pleasant to deal with and cleaned up when finished. I would highly recommend Joe and his team.

I had the honor of meeting 3 generations of Joe Quallet’s. These three and the rest of the team were top shelf!! They were professional, clean and both respectful and friendly. They installed a new HVAC in our house as well as a water heater. Everything went perfectly and the costs were extremely competitive.
