From the first contact with Cortney of Mother Gardener, all went well! Scheduling an initial phone consult was easy. When we met in person to consider options for our unconventional garden space, she listened attentively and respectfully. The design plan followed soon after with options to meet our small, 2-level space, as well as considerations for our pets. The resulting design and installation included native species to attract pollinators, minimize water needs, and bear multi-seasonal interest with various textures, shapes, height, and colors.Cortney has expertise with so many plants, their characteristics, as well as landscape options. She truly honors the elements of design and the spiritual nature of plants and all forms of life surrounding them. It was an honor having Cortney help us revive our garden space for years to come!!!

Cortney visited me recently for a garden consultation. She carefully listened to my needs and interests and came up with some really awesome solutions for my unique and temporary space. Not only did she give me an awesome plan to implement myself (though I am going to have her come back and bring my garden to life, because she's so talented), she also provided my with education and resources to grow in my own knowledge of gardening in Colorado-which is very different than my east coast experiences. I learned so much about seedlings and planting; as a newbie in the matter, that moment spent with her was crucial; it made me want to learn more and be more aware of my natural surroundings.
