Veloce is absolutely amazing! The way it integrates with our software Innate has cut out so many extra steps for my staff and saved a ton of time. The 911 feature is a game changer! If I ever have to be out of the office last minute it sends a message to everyone and makes rescheduling so easy for patients. We also have the website which is great for all patients, especially new ones. They can schedule their appointment online and it is automatically imported to our schedule. It also automatically sends the new patient a link to the necessary forms with a PIN. So efficient and again saves time for my staff to focus on other tasks. Customer service is quick as well. Any questions, Matt gets back very fast with a solution. I would recommend Veloce to any doctor who wants a seamless, time saving program that is easy for staff and efficient for patients. Less
