Caldwell Family Concrete just completed my second project! They are very respectful of your family and property! They completed a large slab for my metal building and now just completed the foundation ICF walls for our new house build. They’ll come back when the framers are completed with the walls to do the flat work for the patios. Highly recommend them for your project!

These guys are awesome, really love working with Rusty and the crew :) They do fine work, small jobs and large, and love what they do. We've had them help with grading 1/2 mile dirt road...nice crown, good mix of fines and road base, good attention to drainage. They've helped us with excavation, outbuildings, and retaining walls over the last couple of years. They helped us with a big house build, too...mix of ICF, conventional-form concrete walls, and extensive flatwork...they did a beautiful job, and even took the time to hand-trowel slab edges in corners some folks might not notice...from a builder's perspective, very happy to have foundation level, square, and well-finished. Rebar work is thorough, too. 40" frost depth, also happy about that! (We're up in Westcliffe, valley floor).As far as working with them, CFC is good with communication, has very reasonable pricing for the quality, and they're also awesome with kids...so happy they let the little guys and gals watch, learn, and ask a bazillion questions :) Thank you guys!!!
