Working with Chad Sanek was a great experience from start to finish. As a loan officer, I had heard his name around the world of real estate but never got an opportunity to work with him until now and I'm glad I did. He was working tirelessly for a veteran family in search of their first home before we got introduced. For months he worked with them while their credit was being fixed and when the time came he absolutely delivered. He advocated for this veteran family to make sure they found a house that was going to work for them and negotiated a great price for them. On top of it they got a sizable seller credit to take care of repairs, closing costs, and they even got a credit for brand new carpet from the sellers.

My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Chad. He took us to look at houses before we had a pre-approval in hand so we could get an idea of what we were working with. He was always patient and never lost faith in us while we got everything squared away and got our pre-approval. The call or next step was answered quickly. He was very knowledgeable and flexible. He did everything he could to get us what we wanted/ needed, and if he didn’t know anything, he was very quick to get answers and get back to us. We will always sing praises about Chad. He always made time for us, and we never felt like a burden. He somehow always managed to fit us into his busy schedule. He was very laid back and honest and never tried to pressure us into a house for a check. If we ever sell/buy, we will use Chad. If anyone we know is looking to buy or sell, we will always recommend Chad 100%. He made everything seem manageable in situations that didn’t feel manageable. Chad was an amazing agent with a great personality I could speak to him regarding literally anything. He got me into my first home as fast as humanly possible.
