Avoid Avoid I got a similar experience Ordered mobile cleaning service recently with full diagnostic £260 On the visit day the technician ( third party ) did w he did and said that I got faulty cylinder head coolant sensor faulty and air flow meter sensor showing high readings but still In limits and he recommended changing them. He said that caused the filter to get clogged . So I did gone in garage and spend 160 parts +120 labour ( locally). Both sensors done 2 days afterwards the engine light came back on . I called them to report it . The same technician revisited promptly on the next day at my work address And I felt that I’m in good hands . However after an hour of doing something on the computer the technician said that my engine oil comes 13% diluted and that’s what it caused the engine light to come again as it’s preventing the regeneration to initiate. Same day back to mechanic cha the oil with the low SAP Castrol made for ford and oil filter …. Spent 95 oil and filter and 80 labour . After 2-3 days same thing After few days of messaging finally they told me that I have a bigger problem and if go to their shop they will look at it but after all I lost confidence in them and decided to go to trust ford for diagnostics ( spent 180+ vat ) In ford centre they pulled out a sheet of computer history that shows that after the mobile cleaning the filter were shown only 20% cleaned and that I’ve been told that the technician doing it have seen and knows that the cleaning isn’t done fully and have rested the sensors incorrectly. Also ford technician said I didn’t need to change the engine oil and the air mass flow sensor….. and that there was a split air pipe that they missed to find so all the problems were coming from that. Dpf experts promised cleaning and in depth diagnosis and cleaning As it turns out I didn’t get the proper diagnosis nor the proper cleaning. You can make up your own conclusions These people are not experts they don’t know what they are doing Be aware Less

Please dont use this service it is a complete con it is a very expensive diagnostic service that doesn't repair anything. The best you will get is a engine management light reset. The problem will still be there as they repair nothing. i paid £200 for this service dpf experts all they did was reset the engine management light first drive when they left light was back on. i phoned customer service...
