We were referred to Nicholas after another company was unable to make our refinance happen in a timely manner. I was a little bummed at first as I thought we had lost out on a great deal and rate. Within a day Nicholas had a better rate and deal for us by far! The rate he was able to offer us allowed us to refinance for 15 years instead of 30 for only a couple hundred more a month! What I like most about Nicholas is he always responded in a timely manner and if he didn’t have an answer to my ridiculous amount of questions he worked hard to get the answer and get back to me within a reasonable time frame. He researched and found info related to my husbands military career that I didn’t even know how to obtain since my husband is currently overseas and was asleep when the bank requested certain documents. I will be purchasing another house here in Texas in a year or two and another in Colorado and I won’t be calling anyone else but Nicholas.
