As a new customer, Ida’s salon treated me with such kindness and patience. I came in a few days ago looking to get my hair colored after I had my hair dyed red, and Lisa immediately got to work. I had a thorough shampoo and conditioning along with some hair treatments and then the hair dye process began. I was looking to cover up as much leftover red as I could without going too dark. In the end, my hair came out a little lighter than I expected, turning more coppery than brown. However!! The staff picked up on my hesitation and told me to call them again if I want to change the color. I was so grateful for their attention and it showed how much they truly care about their customer base. Today, they re-dyed my hair and it turned out perfect. On top of that, Lisa is a magic with her shears. She cut my layered hair so well and it looked like she barely broke a sweat.
