I am approaching the last week of my 6 month program with Will and his team. Although unsure of what results would look like, I had high hopes for this program, but it even surpassed what I expected. The continuous follow-up with agents to prompt initial contact is what drew a lot of agents initially to respond, they appreciated seeing that drive. And as it goes on, the conversations/appointment will just snowball. I have made extremely great contacts in this period of time, have qualified buyers currently out shopping, a partnership agreement just signed with an agent and her team, and have 30+ agents that I am still trying to get on the phone that have had a positive response to me.You still have be personable and able to build relationships with the referral partners once connected, but Will's program takes the initial touch out of the equation, and that was always my Achilles Heel.If you have hit a wall or feel stagnant, let me say that this program will be the perfect launching pad to get you out of your slump. Don't let this market make excuses for you. I have been in the business for 10 years, and my main regret is waiting just now to attempt a program of this caliber. I look forward to continuing round 2 later next year!
