Nate was a fantastic Realtor for us. He walked us through the process from start to finish and was always happy to help with any of our questions any time of day. We ended up finding a house outside his software but his contractor and financial connections are fantastic and I could not have hoped for a better starter home. It's nice that he cares about his clients well beyond what's expected for him to do the job.

Nate was an essential part of selling our old property and transitioning into our new home. Not only was his knowledge of the industry incredibly helpful, but his resources were essential in solving the problems that came up throughout the process. Our older home sold much faster, and at the price we were told to expect, than we had ever been given the confidence to believe was possible. He always kept our concerns in mind and was not only responsive to our needs, but also brought a level of proactivity that was greatly appreciated.I think I rolled a critical success when choosing Geek Way. Thank you, Nate!!!

He is your agent and has you in mind! He was fantastic to work with and I will be going to him in the future.

I had a great experience with them. The first time we looked for a house with them, we had to hold off due to finances, but their team told us why and how to improve. A year later and we're back with them and closing on a house! Everyone was super nice, professional, and helpful. They made it as easy and fun as it could be and always made sure we knew what was happening. Would absolutely recommend!

Nate was able to find us exactly the home we were looking for, and well below our max budget. Which was impressive considering the current housing market. He was also exceptionally easy to work with, friendly and professional. I have recommended him to several friends as well.

Nate was the best real estate agent we have ever used. He helped us both sell our old home and buy our new forever home. He was always there to answer questions and keep the buying agent, who was terrible, on track. We could not be happier with Nate and his crew and recommend him often.
