The team at Malpa have been awesome. This has been my first experience with a 3PL but they have made the process so easy.Initially I shopped around and spoke to a lot of 3PL providers and these guys had by far the most reasonable rates. I was a bit skeptical of this initially but after meeting the team and touring the warehouse - and working with Barry and Lachlan - I can say any skepticism was misplaced. They’re super responsive, very adaptable and I haven’t had any issues with delivery 👍

The worst experiencing in my 7 years as a brand owner. When getting my stock back finally after multitudes of issues in shipments inventory and damaged items arriving in squashed boxes I decided to pull my brand and get them to pack my stock up for delivery or collection.my entire 140k of stock including caps and clothing was squashed onto pallets in open pick boxes.. and delivered in this condition. I've lost thousands in damaged stock. Do not use this business to ship your precious product they do not follow their contract and do not care. I will be taking legal action for negligence of their contractual obligations. Devastating for my brand and reputation and am unsure how I will recover.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Malpa. 3-stars for the team on the floor as they're genuinely trying there best, but I would say overall the place is poorly managed. The communication was lacking, there were constant issues. Ultimately, I had to part ways with them after it was impacting the service I could provide to my customers. It was a costly exercise and whilst Malpa may be a suitable option for your business I recommend you do your due diligence.
