Horrible experience. Gave these guys $20k 6 months ago and they haven’t even started one of my campaigns and the other they can’t get verified from google. The one that was “started,”hasn’t been touched in months. I track what they do on GMB and my website. Rylan, the “campaign manager” says he’s going to do things he never does and never responds. He’s always on calls or out of town - zero follow up or follow through. Rylan takes a week to respond if he responds at all.

We have been working with contractor independence for a couple of months so far. I was happy with the sales process, Lionel was very personable and knowledgeable, and very clearly explained the process, and how the whole campaign would work. Ultimately with their guarantees, it was not a hard decision to make. As someone who solely chooses vendors from the google maps section, I saw the value immediately. I’m excited to see how the campaign progresses.

We as a business do not feel the guarantee was met. We were already ranking in the top three locally on google. We did not see an increase in leads or sales. We did not see a ROI and we’re denied any refund because the ranking spread a couple miles. I was worried about this to begin with since we were already ranking but promised it wouldn’t affect the guarantee. They also cut off the work mid month after we canceled even though we paid for that service. They also disconnected things from our site with no warning, I’m not sure how long things were messed up. Had I not caught it they wouldn’t have fixed it. Beware! Disappointed in the promise with no delivery!

We are very pleased with our results. It has only been 3 months and we are seeing leads increase and Lea Moise is fantastic to work with. Leslie Rathbun was excellent in showing us the need we had for CI to help grow our GMB awareness. I always thought our 350+ reviews on GMB was all we needed but Leslie showed how a newer company with 1/4 of the reviews was outranking us. Great experience and results.

Received 1 lead in 9 months, disappointing service, they made big promises and never delivered. Sales person was paid and we were handed off to a remote employee in South America. She was polite but that’s about all she could offer, she couldn’t technical question. They never converted anything, they wanted our existing contacts so they could blast and email and text campaign, fail. We were sold an asset that we would own, at the end of the day, they’re all talk. They never delivered, after the six month mark our costs were reduced as they’re contract stated. But I’m convinced it was all baked in on the front end, they’d revived 10’s of thousands of dollars from us at this point. These guys cannot deliver, save your money and hire another company.
