Working with Matilda to find a house was really an enjoyable experience. She has a wealth of experience and not only listens to what clients want, but also really takes the time to help clients really understand their options. We were somewhat sceptical that we could find something we liked, in our price range, in the month and a half before our "decent" mortgage offer expired. However, Matilda was able to really zero-in on our explicit and implicit needs and was constantly on the look out for options. Almost every house we saw was one we could see ourselves living in - and she was quick to look out for us and reject places with problems we never even noticed (such as potential construction next door, ticking time bomb maintenance issues, etc). Somehow she finds the balance of being incredibly efficient without putting any pressure on her clients. TLDR: If you are looking to buy (or sell) real estate on the west side of Toronto, I strongly recommend you do yourself a favour and get Matilda on your side!

Just saying Matilda is a Rockstar does not cut it. So here is an indepth review. First of all, she is patient as a monk. I have been bugging for a few years now and she has always helped me even when I was not able to purchase. Matilda is so generous that when I was unable to close my deal, she stepped in and helped.
