They were genuinely keen to build the pool we wanted, even when a number of other pool builders were not as keen because of the build over asset requirements.The quoting process was also really straightforward. Everything was clearly explained and the costs were transparent, with no hidden surprises or unexpected variations along the way.The build itself was much quicker than we expected, less than 45 days from the dig to our first swim! Whenever we had a question or concern, John and the team were quick to respond and sort things out.Tegan’s weekly updates were also a great touch. It meant we always knew what was happening with the build and what to expect next.Overall, we’re really happy with the finished pool and the whole experience. From the very first quote (and I had a number of companies quote!) to the final touches, John, Tegan and team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish to transform our vision to reality.What really stood out was their top-notch communication — they kept us fully informed every step of the way, were incredibly responsive, and took the time to explain everything and patiently address all of our questions. Their tradesmen were experienced and friendly.They handled the complexities of our sloping block effortlessly and completed additional works to an equally high standard including a concrete retaining wall, extra concreting, and tiling.The quality of workmanship and value for money is outstanding. What used to be an almost unusable concrete deck is now transformed into the stunning focal point of our home.
