Shawana Boyer is not only a Queen of Real Estate but also a Queen at heart. I contacted Shawana regarding a sophomore at EWU from California who needed temporary housing until her family was able to come to Florida to get her. Shawana not wanting the young lady to be on the street but safe opened up her own rental property- Blessed House which is a rooming house for women to help empower them and allowed her to stay there until her family arrived.
