Have had great service and response by Plumbing by Paul LLC. Troy and JR did an excellent job of replacing the valve at the shower quickly and efficiently. Troy was especially helpful when assessing the issue and providing honest feedback about what was going on. I am a remote owner and this was very important to me. I have needed Plumbing with Paul twice in the last three months and both times, the service was phenomenal. The office staff is very helpful and gracious when I have an issue that needs addressed. Will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs!

Troy came out today and determined the backed up toilet had a soft clog that broke up on its own. He flushed the toilets with and without paper, filled the sinks and tub multiple times to be sure they drained properly. Will definitely call Plumbing by Paul for any future plumbing needs.
