Huge thank you to Plumbing by Paul, and especially to Phil, for finally solving a plumbing issue we’ve been dealing with for nearly TWO years.We had four different plumbing companies come out over that time, on numerous occasions, and none of them could properly figure out the problem. Because of it, I haven’t even been able to run my washer normally all this time without constantly babysitting it to make sure it didn’t overflow.Phil came out and, while initially puzzled like the others, he truly went above and beyond to investigate every possibility and make sure the issue was fully resolved. His determination, professionalism, and willingness to stick with it until he figured it out was incredibly appreciated.Somehow, within about an hour, Phil was able to solve what multiple other companies could not. When I got home and was able to run a load of laundry normally without worrying about an overflow, I literally had tears of relief and happiness. Having 3 kids means there is ALWAYS laundry to do, and having an efficient washer setup again is something our family truly needed — and he delivered!That may sound dramatic, but after dealing with this for so long, it honestly felt life-changing.We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Plumbing by Paul and Phil to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated service. Figured out the issue within the first 5 min even though this was his first time at the house and was super thorough in making sure everything was working. A neighbor whose business uses Plumbing by Paul recommended them to me. I hired a plumber to change out a faucet and stop valves, but there was a leak in 2 places afterward. That plumber came out again to fix the leaks, and there were still leaks afterwards.JR from Plumbing by Paul came out to give me an estimate. I like that this company charges by the job (not the hour).JR was terrific. He takes the time to educate you and is good at explaining what was done incorrectly, how to fix it, and other potential issues to keep an eye out for in the future. I appreciated his honesty and that he wasn't try to upsell me. He took care of the problem and there is no leak.

We had a major block in our main sewage line and Troy came to our rescue!!! Paul even came to assist and almost 3 hours later everything was fixed and cleaned up! I am so thankful that my friend recommended this company. I will never call another plumbing company again! Troy you are a life saver!
