I watched the 30 minute Medicare webinar and learned so much! After the webinar was over, I chose to schedule a meeting. Robert reached out by text and email to confirm the appointment that I chose. Everything was so very easy and convenient. When I spoke with Robert over the phone, he was very informative and explained everything in a way that I understood. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I did not sign up after the first conversation. Robert did not pressure me at all during the conversation. We set up another appointment for the following week and that is when I did sign up with Cedar Grove. Robert was very personable, knowledgeable, and funny as well.
