Although we experienced some frustration, we feel he did an outstanding job and would now recommend him.Paid $179 for a dryer vent that Ryan needed to order back on 7/19/24. He said in 2 weeks he would have our part and come back to install. No word, so contacted him in August, and he said he had our part and would come 8/19 or 8/20 to install. We still haven't seen him or our dryer vent. He has not answered our calls, voice mail or email. It is a shame because Ryan seemed so professional and knowledgeable, just does not know how to complete a job he was already paid in advance to do.

Ryan happened to be at a call nearby and was at my house within a half hour. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, cleaned out my dryer vent AND even replaced the vent cover! If I hadn't been due to leave, he also would have inspected the dryer and vent inside the house. His price was less than half the other company. He called me about a 1/2 hour before he was due and asked if he could come early. He showed up about 5 minutes later and took one look at the dryer vent access and proceeded to let me know what needed to be done. He explained the process, what the cost would be and he didn't treat me like a silly woman. He was polite, considerate and very knowledgeable about his business, which I truly appreciate. After two visits from a large local HVAC company, and 4 attempts to clean the dryer vent myself the dryer started reporting a 90% vent blockage. Great. Called All Star Dryer Vent and Ryan was able to come out the same day to get us taken care of. His work was thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. The HVAC company we tried first wasn't willing to clean the vent from the room, but that's what was required to fix our problem and Ryan had no problem getting it done. After his visit and repairs our dryer is no longer complaining about a vent blockage and our drying times have dropped dramatically! Would absolutely recommend Ryan and All Star Dryer Vent!

I have used a past competitor but after the last cleaning I felt taken advantage of, so I tried a new company. Ryan was quick to respond we scheduled a cleaning.
I have to say that I was impressed, he provided an estimate upfront, and it was reasonable for the services provided. Ryan said that I did not have much build-up, but apparently what was there was causing the problem as now my dryer functions perfectly and no more error messages.
I would have no hesitation to call Ryan again, he was professional, clean, and friendly. I am happy to rate Ryan 5 stars and feel you could trust him to do a great job for you.

He took pictures of everything and was transparent about pricing and possible hiccups that may come up and what those prices look like ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The amount of lint this man pulled out of our vent was insanity! Additionally, he took a look at a vent for a bathroom fan and discovered YEARS of birds nest that had been made over the years. He replaced the covers on the exits of both vents and our dryer and bathroom fan have never run better! Additionally? He found burnt lint in our dryer and explained in depth what that meant and what we should do from here. I am very appreciative of his honest and knowledgeable responses. I am already recommending him to everyone I talk to!

After moving into our new-to-us home with a brand new washer/dryer unit and having to dry multiple cycles to get everything dry I needed to figure out what was going on. Ryan was quick to get us on his books, showed me what the problem areas were and explained his recommendations and fixed it all while being friendly with my very curious toddler! Highly recommend for any issues with dryer and vents!!
