Although we experienced some frustration, we feel he did an outstanding job and would now recommend him.Paid $179 for a dryer vent that Ryan needed to order back on 7/19/24. He said in 2 weeks he would have our part and come back to install. No word, so contacted him in August, and he said he had our part and would come 8/19 or 8/20 to install. We still haven't seen him or our dryer vent. He has not answered our calls, voice mail or email. It is a shame because Ryan seemed so professional and knowledgeable, just does not know how to complete a job he was already paid in advance to do. Less

I called Ryan to fix a problem with my dryer vent. A local company wanted to make it a major repair and charge a lot to do it! Ryan happened to be at a call nearby and was at my house within a half hour. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, cleaned out my dryer vent AND even replaced the vent cover! If I hadn't been due to leave, he also would have inspected the dryer and vent inside the house. His price was less than half the other company. If I could give this company made 10 stars, I would. I was smelling a burning odor and my dryer kept saying "Check dryer vent". I called Ryan and made an appointment. He called me about a 1/2 hour before he was due and asked if he could come early. He showed up about 5 minutes later and took one look at the dryer vent access and proceeded to let me know what needed to be done. We recently purchased a new dryer that told us we had an 80% vent blockage. After two visits from a large local HVAC company, and 4 attempts to clean the dryer vent myself the dryer started reporting a 90% vent blockage. Great. Called All Star Dryer Vent and Ryan was able to come out the same day to get us taken care of. His work was thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. The HVAC company we tried first wasn't willing to clean the vent from the room, but that's what was required to fix our problem and Ryan had no problem getting it done. My dryer, while not the best brand, kept giving me error messages, additionally I have a roof vent, so I know keeping my dryer exhaust pipe clean is critical. I have used a past competitor but after the last cleaning I felt taken advantage of, so I tried a new company. Ryan was quick to respond we scheduled a cleaning. Every detail of the dryer, the layout of the dryer’s venting system, adequate airflow for the lint to escape, all these factors are taken into consideration before he proceeds to clean out the dryer vents. Ryan is amazing~If I could give more stars I would. We recently purchased a new home and a new dryer. The dryer worked perfect for a couple of weeks, then the flow sense sensor would signal and shut the dryer down. For an extended period of time we tried to get the builder to send someone out to check the ventilation in the house and the cap on the roof. Unfortunately we could not continue to wait so we had the dryer warranty send a technician out to check the dryer and confirm it was not the dryer. The technician came to our appointment and did confirm the dryer was functioning properly. We ran a test on the dryer and determined it had to be the ventilation in the home. We then found Ryan and he was able to schedule and come to our home the same day. When he arrived he told us there are 3 things that could cause this problem in a new build with a new dryer. Ryan was able to check the dryer himself and agreed it was not the problem. Ryan then went on the roof to check the cap and that is where the problem was. The builder left a screen on the cap that was suppose to be removed after installing the cap. The screen was covered in lint causing the problem. We are so thankful Ryan was able to come and fix the problem. Ryan is very knowledgable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a service.
