Cody made an emergency call to assess our clogged mainline, which backed up and flooded our bathroom. He worked with us to determine the problem, troubleshoot it, and allow us to bring costs down to fix the issue.He had to return multiple times and made sure to fit us into his very busy schedule so we could use our water again! His good communication skills were appreciated. I also appreciate that he talked to my husband and me equally— many times tradespeople ignore the woman in these situations! We will call him in the future for any upcoming plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Accurate plumbing. My water heater broke and they came out and replaced it very smoothly and professionally. The dispatcher was very considerate of the time sensitive nature of our issue, and the scheduling went as quickly as possible. Their texting and phone services regarding when tech would arrive was very convenient and helpful. Dalton, the tech responsible for servicing the Grass Valley/Nevada city area, was polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend them.

Cody, the plumber, did not give up when my home warranty company said it was too late to give approval because it was after hours. He called them back and got my sewer line clearance approved so that I would have toilets to use that night. I appreciate his diligence in making sure that I could stay in my home tonight. I have worked with Kyle ant Accurate Plumbing for many years. He is professional, polite, punctual, and above all else he communicates during any type of plumbing job. He is quick to give me a quick call about where we are in the process. Our most recent frustration was dealt with very quickly considering the challenge. I recommend Accurate Plumbing if you are looking for a good plumber with a good work ethic. More specifically, request Kyle. He is our “go to” person. UPDATE: I have had the pleasure of working with Joey over the last week. He is professional and smart at his approach to what needs to be done. He is patient and considerate. He did not give up on the challenges that were given to him and they were significant.I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for him ever.
