Paul did a great job of letting us know from the beginning we could get a second opinion estimate if we wanted and he would match it for sealing a foundation slab crack, floor, and carpet work. Due to time limitations and incoming bad weather, I decided to quickly negotiate a fair price, which he was able to do, despite being extremely busy with weather/supply chain scheduling difficulties outside his control. When a major post foundation work plumbing fix was delayed, that was also outside his control, but we adapted and overcame with excellent communication. We worked with Paul and his limited available workers due to difficulties mentioned above to ensure everyone was on the same page and they delivered. I highly recommend them for fair pricing, being veteran friendly, and choosing to do the right thing when it would have been easy to take shortcuts due to difficulties mentioned. Thanks y’all!

Pablo was great. Not a pushy sales person as I experienced with other larger flooring companies. Samples were brought to my home and #'s were emailed to me the same day. A few hiccups with the installation, but the issues were resolved in a timely manner.

WOW! Called several companies just trying to get an estimate to fixes some damage floors that my office chair damaged and this was the only company that called me back and came out the same day. We contacted Miramar Flooring recently to see about replacing some carpet. We spoke to Paul Bustamante, explained what we were looking for and he promptly got back to us with pricing, availability and process if we chose to move forward. After making our decision, he came out to the house, verified the measurements and placed the order for the carpet. The order arrived within a week. The same day of arrival, he was able to get his team to come out, move furniture, complete the installation and put the furniture back in place. The installers did a great job, were neat and clean in all aspects of their work. This was the first company we did business with in a very long time that told us what they could do and did it! Their pricing was better than others and the workmanship was beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to use them again and have no hesitation in referring their company to others.

Honestly I’m not sure why Miramar doesn’t have more reviews than they do. Coordination of our home project was easy and the work done was great. The crew that worked on our floor was very nice as well. I will use Miramar for all of my flooring solutions going forward.

This crew did an amazing job! They replaced carpets with luxury vinyl flooring in 3 bedrooms, the stairs, living room, closets, game room and open office space. Pricing, service and attention to quality was hands down some of the best I’ve encountered...as I have had this level of work done in a prior home. HIGHLY recommend Paul and his crew(s).
