We hired Nick to repair water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom that went through the floor/ceiling of the living room below. We also asked him to upgrade the bathroom with a walk-in shower since everything had to be torn out anyway.Nick did a tremendous job and we couldn't be more pleased!From structural aspects (such as rebuilding the subfloor) to design elements (the new shower) to cosmetic issues (matching new paint to old, etc.), everything is top notch.Nick is thorough and focused. He takes the time to do things right; his work is meticulous. And he is a great communicator! We particularly appreciated his amiable nature and how willing he was to work with us to ensure the results matched what were imagining—up to & including texting us photos of fixtures, tiles, and more from suppliers as he was buying them to make sure we would have exactly what we wanted (*note: he probably would have appreciated clients that made up their minds earlier in the process, but he never seemed to mind when we would ask to adjust something last minute).In short, if you are looking for a skilled contractor that prioritizes quality and his clients, and who is dedicated to your project, Nick is who you want. We'll definitely be hiring him the next time we have a project to do!

I have dealt with several people over the years for various home and/or rental property upgrades. Nick, by far, stands above everyone else. We had an old storage shed we wanted converted into a sewing shed. He was the only professional response during the bidding process. He heard my simple wishes without trying to turn the project into something grand and more costly. His bid was prompt and detailed yet was reasonably priced. His communication was stellar. He showed up when he said he would and he let me know when he was taking a few days off for the holidays. He confirmed preference supply choices such as paint color or floor choices. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience...period. I could not be happier with how my sewing shed turned out. I would hire Nick again in a heartbeat and shall recommend him to all my friends.

I’m really happy with my bathroom renovation—great workmanship and reasonably priced. When mold was found behind the drywall, he even checked the attic to rule out bigger issues. He handled every surprise with a calm, professional attitude. He built a custom niche when the size I wanted wasn’t available and adjusted the backing behind the tub so thicker accent tiles would sit flush. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right really stood out. Highly highly recommend!!
