My story: I was on vacation in the Dominican Republic a while ago, and the horse-riding place that I went to, took me on a dangerous trail, my horse tripped on sharp rocks and flew me forward into the air and I landed on my right shoulder and neck. Nothing was broken, but I experienced severe nerve and muscle damages. I was hurt and not feeling like me, and also having bad posture habits already at my sales job, I gradually lost my center of gravity with my posture, which caused me severe pain and anxiety.
