Casey Outdoor Innovators Installed a beautiful retractable awning at my townhouse in Jacksonville Beach last summer. My Tenant and her infant son love the shade it provides. Recently, we noted one of the bolts in the concrete wall coming loose; Awnings in this area deal with quite a bit of wind. I reached out to Micah and within a few days he had a technician scheduled to Remove the awning, inspect all the remaining bolts, and fasten the loose one. Despite me being all the way out in Jacksonville Beach, no excuses were made for anything but a the prompt response.Impeccable integrity, quality, and dependability define this company! 10 out of 5 stars!
