FR hardwood floors did an excellent job with installing new hardwood floors throughout our house! They had clear communication from the beginning and gave a fair quote for the job, without any hidden fees along the way. After our old flooring was removed and the subfloor was found to be in poor shape, the team worked quickly to remove old and properly install new subflooring to make sure there was a good stable foundation to the hardwood floors and ensure longevity. They were able to advise on different components of the installation process and checked in with us regularly while the actual installation, sanding, and refinishing processes were taking place. Close to the end of the job, we were able to walk through and point out small areas to optimize and they quickly made adjustments to ensure every room met our standards.Overall, they were fair and very hard workers. They stuck to their quote and were clear when adjustments needed to be made. Their timeline was reasonable and the entire job was completed on time despite several road bumps along the way (see above re:subflooring). We were ecstatic with the final product and really recommend them to anyone looking for new hardwood floors!
