I came to Prime IV in Bethesda today because Google listed it as open. I spent $35 on an Uber only to arrive and find the location closed. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.I've been here once before and loved the service, which is why I considered becoming a member. But customer service isn’t just about the treatment received during an appointment—it’s about attention to every detail of the business.As a potential member, I value my time, my money, and my energy. Having to travel and spend money unnecessarily due to an easily avoidable oversight—like failing to update your hours—completely derailed my schedule and added unnecessary stress to my day.I’m happy to take this review down once my concern is acknowledged and addressed, but fair is fair. Definitely a must for your health and wellness journey! Whether you’re looking for a boost or revamping your routine. From the front hostess, Aiyana, to the skilled nurses and owner, everyone treats you with respect and care and ensures you have a wonderful experience. They take time to answer any and all of your questions and find the best options for your desired results. I always leave feeling like a brand new person! She was professional, kind, personable, and genuinely warm—the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease. Her energy set the tone for the whole visit.Asha, the RN who guided me through the process, made my introduction to IV hydration such a delight. She explained everything clearly, checked my vitals, prepped the IV smoothly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her knowledge of the products and gentle demeanor made the whole experience feel elevated. Bernadette, another amazing RN, also brought so much calm and care to the space—it’s clear that the entire staff operates with heart and professionalism.One of my favorite parts? The massage chair! Paired with the IV and the calming atmosphere, it felt like a full VIP spa experience, even though it’s not technically a spa.
