I want to point out that this is a personal, subjective review, therefore is based on our personal experience and feelings and has not been influenced by anyone. My son is in FS1 and has been at Discovery Nursery for one and half years. Here are our thoughts as parent of a kid enrolled here:- The nursery's spaces are always clean, organized, tidy- The environment is absolutely pleasant, from the moment you step in you are welcomed by smiley and friendly management staff- The teachers are EXTREMELY competent, patient, professional. They always show and seem to have a joyful approach to their work and do not just entertain kids, waiting to go home for the day- Our son's teacher is Miss AMRIN. She is a BLESSING for humanity and for the kids she takes care of. She always takes time to explain what the plan for the day is, is patient, has brilliant ideas which make every single day of kids different and entertaining. She has a splendid personality and attitude, period- The environment is safe, kids appear to be happy to be there (including our son of course)- Whenever there is a small conflict between our son and another child (it will happen everywhere to everyone) the nursery is always really efficient in informing us, handling the circumstance without making dramas for nothing and giving valuable advises on how to handle this at home as well- You can bring your own food (that's what we do) but there's also the opportunity to benefit from a really nice meal plan from a Cafe/restaurant which is literally next door (therefore, food is fresh and not full of preservatives and such...)- The headmaster, miss Natasha, is outstandingly professional, passionate, efficient, proactive and she really, really (really..) cares about the kids, improving the quality of the nursery in every single aspect (including safety, curricular and extra curricular activities)- The staff, as mentioned, is really well assembled, and benefits from really efficient, well mannered, friendly, professional people- The outdoor facilities/space are really good and have been renovated completely last year and are, therefore, really newWe would suggest any parent to go and see the nursery first person, to form their personal opinion, but we would certainly recommend Discovery Nursery to any friend of ours, anytime. Just for info, after FS1 we went to check Redwood Al Bateen as well due to the brand's reputation, but have decided to keep our son with Discovery Nursery, which we recon being significantly better in several aspects (staff, overall facilities, organization, friendliness of teachers, overall "vibes"...among others)
