If they cancel your lesson, they will NOT refund your pre-paid fees, or apply them as a credit. Owner will keep your money. I try to accommodate their requests to change appointments, but I have 5 kids and cannot always bend to their needs. All I ask is to not be charged when they cancel a lesson.
