Took a bonsai class last night and BEWARE! You might get hooked and start trolling local nurseries with the hunger to Bonsai!! Mike was great, really patient and not only told you what to do, but why. Walked us through the whole process from picking a plant, repotting, trimming, wiring, and after care. Super excited to watch my little guy grow! I know… I cut mine back ALOT compared to the other class mates. Don’t judge me!

This was such a fun and unique experience! We had no idea what to expect with bonsai, but were pleasantly surprised by this event. Michael is such a genuine guy, and was so patient while helping everybody with their trees. We had a great time and are excited to see our tree thrive!

He provided everything I needed to start up and is extremely patient with answering all my questions. I was nervous starting this hobby and he’s made it so easy. I feel confident moving forward I can maintain these trees and fall in love deeper!

Truly came to Myrtle Ave brewery for a few drinks but walked in on a bonsai tree class and it was the greatest gem we found. Mike is super passionate and informative of the tree. 10/10 recommend for anyone to do.
