I would give -10 if available. This Zachariah guy came out to cut some dead limbs from 3 trees last yr. Said it was best in winter?? I'm not an expert, but how can you tell what limbs are dead when the trees are completely bare?So being a so called arborist, he cuts HALF the dead limbs off. Sure enough when tree blooms, all kinds of dead limbs still there. Tami, Indy Crossroads mgmt co for our HOA never cked his work, but was ok with him taking the HOA money & never following up. Who gives a co money for a job & never follows up? But it's not her money & our board never cks HER work, just accepts & trusts whatever she says & does. Pretty sad. This guy even came back & STILL wouldn't admit he screwed up. Do not use this guy for any type of work. You can see in all these pics that ALL of the bottom branches are dead, not a leaf on them. At least 20 branches. But he insists he did his job. No he got pd to do PART of the job. I can't really name the job he did, because he didn't do his job. And his card says he's the owner & President. REALLY!? I would be ashamed to let people know that I did this lousy job & got pd for it.
