Kyle responded promptly. He and his apprentice, Mike, were exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I had received a quote from another company that informed me that my fireplace and chimney needed a complete overhaul due to incorrect installation. Kyle thoroughly inspected everything, from the floor to the roof, and assured me that everything was in order. The only issue was the need for additional heat protection on one wall. He provided me with photos and videos from the attic as evidence and guided me through the inspection step by step. He also provided an inspection report and, after the inspection, they cleaned out the fireplace and chimney without leaving any mess. I highly recommend them!
