Kyle came all the way to New Albany to give me a price and solutions to fix my leaking chimney. He thoroughly explained to me why it was leaking and what it would take to fix it, but did not try to sell anything unnecessary from fixing the issues at hand. He arrived for the estimate and, later, for the work that was scheduled (tuck point, cap seal, flashing, etc.) right on time as he said he would. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward so that I could not even tell he was here. While on the roof, he took many pictures of the chimney both before and after to show what work was performed, and then explained everything to me in simple terms.
