It was the 2nd estimate we had and it was half the price of the fiest. I contacted them on a Sunday and Joe came out to see us within the hour. I found him knowledgeable and didn't feel any pressure to use them. I got a 14-16 SEER variable 5 speed for what other companies charge for a single stage. My air was working, I just wanted the drain line cleaned. My air stopped working after they left. I called to report it and they didn't do anything about it. I called the next day and they are ignoring/dropping my calls. At the very least offer to send the guys over again to see if they did something that could have messed up the air.
