I found him knowledgeable and didn't feel any pressure to use them. I got a 14-16 SEER variable 5 speed for what other companies charge for a single stage. System came with UV Sterilization and they cleaned our ducts and rerouted our air handler and ducts for the stated price. They installed in a matter of hours. I would recommend CoolStar

I called the next day and they are ignoring/dropping my calls. At the very least offer to send the guys over again to see if they did something that could have messed up the air. I now had to call a different company and spend $ to get it fixed.
