Fantastic customer service and fair pricing for the work we us done. Our PM, Jacob Hammond, was awesome. He checked in on every step throughout the process, brought samples more than once, and worked with us as we added additional last minute items to the job. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of both crews (roof and gutters) and their clean up was spotless! Highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof / gutters.

The entire team handled everything from start to finish. They started with the insurance claim and completed the process on my timeline and schedule. They even processed my payment easily to ensure I was happy before they asked for funds. I would use again if ever needed.

Lee and Trevor was awesome! They come out and gave me an estimate, looked at my roof told me everything that was wrong. Price was great and was right in my budget.Trevor’s crew came out to tear off and install a new roof. They got here around 6 o’clock and we’re through, nails picked up and everything gone by 1 o’clock. I would highly recommend them to replace your roof.

AusterMiller Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. Brent made the entire process easy, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what he promised. The crew replaced our roof in just two days during a 100° Nashville heat wave. They were incredibly hardworking, professional, and respectful of our property throughout the project.Tyler, the site manager, did an exceptional job managing every detail. On the final day, he stayed on-site until 8:00 PM to make sure every last piece of cleanup was completed properly. That level of ownership and attention to detail says a lot.I’d highly recommend AusterMiller Roofing, Brent, Tyler, and their entire team.

Outstanding experience with Jacob @ AusterMiller at the entire team. Quality work, quality service and communication. Much appreciated for the proactive conversation to educate us on our current roof status with builder materials that had a recall. From beginning to end, top tier service.

Owen was the representative from Austermiller who showed up for the repair to my roof ,which was still under warranty .He didn’t rush the job or look for shortcuts . I’m totally satisfied with the work he performed . He was also extremely polite and professional . Angel, who took all my calls, was also super friendly and proactive in moving my claim along .

Kevin, Trevor and their team did a GREAT job on my roof. Took the 1-1/2 days, very clean, professional, didn't take any short cuts. The materials that they use are supposed to last for decades, much better than that I had up there previously. Kevin even helped me file the claim for a warranty issue on my previous shingles. Had an AMAZING experience, they did such a great job. Even painted the air pips coming from the new caps on my roof, amazing job guys! Thank you!
