We were unaware that the TAMCO shingles on our roof were disintegrating and were under a recall. Austermiller Roofing contacted us to let us know and to help us through the process. They were fantastic. TAMCO sent us a check that we were able to have Austermiller put on a new roof. We could not be more pleased with Austermiller Roofing, they were professional from beginning to the end of our process.

Austermiller is a Five Star + company. Interest in their company began after watching how the then foreman, Brent Ogburn, ran the job site of our neighbors’ ( across the street ) who were having a beautiful new high end finish roof installed. The courteous crews were onsite from 7:00 am until dusk daily and Brent was typically the last one to leave and daily running metal detectors to prevent unwanted materials from the homeowner’s tires. We had been approached by numerous roofing contractors suggesting our roof had damage unbeknownst to us because we didn’t have any interior leaks; however, we did have a gutter that we knew wasn’t performing properly, so I asked Brent if Austermiller could come have a look. We have a large thick cedar shake shingle with copper flashing & gutters & standing seam sheds. Our roof choice was a big decision and major investment into our home when we changed the elevation of our home and doubled the size and style from a 1950’s ranch to a French Normandy/Country style in 2004. It was a dramatic addition with a 14/12 pitch with dormers and many crickets & valleys. Austermiller used state of the art equipment to do a very thorough analysis of the roof. Their expertise and attention to detail impressed us and because I had watched how they tackled a similar project in our neighbor’s home, we felt comfortable hiring them to replace our roof & all of the copper. It was a several months project for many reasons, but the end result is beautiful. Brent treated our project like it was his own home and was onsite the better part of 12-14 hours daily even though he had been promoted and was no longer acting as a foreman, he oversaw every inch of our roof since he was really the initial reason we hired Austermiller. Throughout the process, every person we worked with was exceptional. Shelby Martin was responsible for all of the financial aspects and numerous communications with our insurance & field adjuster. Shelby made all of that smooth and seamless for us and was delightful to work with…….. I hope we never need another roof, but if we do, 100% we would call on Austermiller again.Dee Jacobson

Our HOA has had a great experience working with Austermiller Roofing on three buildings in our community that needed a new roof. They have it all - Project Managers with the experience needed to get a project done right, excellent product and process knowledge; experienced and efficient roofing crews, very helpful inside & scheduling teams, and they stand behind the products and services that they offer.We have also used Austermiller Roofing for roof repairs on buildings where the roof is not quite ready to be replaced but just needs a repair. They are quick to do their inspections, fix it immediately, if possible, and when it is a larger issue, their repair crews are the best and stay in contact until the job is done!Great communication is important to any business, and the Austermiller teams are as good as it gets at keeping us informed on every aspect of every project.I highly recommend them, and we will continue to use Austermiller for all of our roofing projects.

Jacob Hammond was a God send. He is honest, patient & friendly. Upon inspecting my roof he informed me that I had a Tamko roof and that there was a recall. Through the recall process his office assisted me. Jacob stayed in contact from the beginning to the end. When the roof was completed he called me to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I mentioned a couple minor things and he came out the very next day to fix it. Thank you Jacob Hammond for being customer focused.

I had a shingle blow off in a recent storm so I called the office. Jacob promptly reached out and was able to come out the same day and repair the spot and even sured up a couple other spots. He took his time to give the roof a good look-over. I've used Austermiller a couple times in the past and have always had great service.
