We operate the Taste of Park Ridge, which accommodates twenty five vendor booths and an estimated thirty thousand attendees over three days. During the past few years, the City of Park Ridge added brick pavers to the library parking lot where we present our fest. While these are aesthetically pleasing, they are porous and retain grease and oil. Although we urge our vendors to protect these areas, we need to call on Brian to restore them to their “pre-Taste” condition each year. He is gracious, meticulous, and will not leave until he (and we) are pleased with his efforts. He consistently demonstrates that his customers are his primary focus, which I believe is the very essence of customer service. His prices are reasonable as well.
