Super easy and kind staff. Made sure they had everything for me, as they don't carry all oil types for VW, and they were able to service my vehicle. Checked everything and topped off fluids for free. Amazing service, great discounts and they said I can return to get fluid top ups at any time after using their services. Will update if any changes but as it is. Lies about previous customer history. Has zero honor at their upper management. I’ve been shopping with them since they’ve opened and now they don’t know anything about my account history. Naw, that’s wrong and malicious behavior.No I never have shopped at valvoline what so ever. Also my wife is a witness to me shopping there since you opened. I am 100% positive about this being costa oil, and the fact that this is completely unprofessional and just wrong. I could use detailed legal jargon but what’s the point?!?! These guys are awful! I thought they were cool when they first opened but idk ig they have a new owner or something! This is just wrong. I can and will be letting my wife know to leave a review as well. (She was with me in the passenger seat when got my first few oil changes when yall first opened) I think the BBB might wanna get involved since I’m being called a liar.Just got off the phone with valvoline and I’ve never been there according to them as well. I went in to see that this is now valvoline and the guy told me the costa employees use to use “dollar tree” oil in customers cars. Not sure if he just wanted me to pay for another oil change because I was still under the mileage on my sticker 😒 Less
