Dawn was our realtor 4 years ago. She was responsible for picking up our radon test kit following the inspection. Long story short she never did. We didn’t hear anything and assumed no news was good news and went on with the sale of the home. Now we’re selling our home and found out we have dangerously high radon levels which we, and our two young children, have been living with for four years because of her negligence and failure to represent us well.

Dawn was always there for us 24/7. . She was great at communicating back very promptly whenever we had questions or saw a home we wanted to see right away. She new the market and gave us great advice. Coming from out of state and not knowing the area at all she spent time showing us the different towns and what they had to offer. She took time to get to know us, so that she could help us find exactly what we were looking for and in a town that we would be happy in. She made the process enjoyable. She was everything we were hoping for in an agent. We highly recommend her.
