What I appreciated was the fact that Lio was there when I got locked out of my room, although it was later in the evening. He showed me why it happened, because I installed the knob the wrong way, and tried different methods before needing to pull it off. I appreciate up-frontness with cost, and so I was happy to know that Lio honoured the price we discussed over the phone after talking it through.
