I live in the house in Dallas for 44 years. My husband passed away 20 yrs ago. The house that we used to fix together years ago went to bad conditions. I think about sale it to some company that able to help me sale the house. I search the RealEstate on the web page expected to find some company that helps me sale the house as it is conditions. Dimond Acquisitions has contacted me and able to sale my house less than one month. But I could not move out right away because it’s time to pay income tax. RealEstate(Dimond Acquisitions) allows me to stay (free leaseback) until I have time to pay income tax and prepared to move. There are lots of my stuff. I packed in the moving box some and donated lots of stuff to the poor. The other necessary stuffs I will ship back to Thailand.I would like to say thanks to Dimond Acquisitions that helped me solve the problem about my house.
