LOOK NO FURTHER! Irina Allision the owner of Apex Real Estate Brokerage is the realtor you need! Irina helped us purchase our first home a few years ago the experience we had was amazing so when we wanted to sell our home and upgrade to a brand new home it was a no brainer, we called Irina. Since this was our first sale we didn’t know what to expect but luckily Irina knows everything about real estate and anything that coincides. She was always educating us and answering any questions we had even if we asked them again. She listed our house and put it on every platform imaginable we had so much traffic through our house we decided to take our RV out. As a result we had a multitude of offers to choose from. We ended up accepting an offer that was $10,000 over asking and with no requests which was great! Mind you this was all within one week once we got the contract signed on that house we were able to look for our new home. On our first day out looking we had a handful of houses we wanted to see on the second to last house was a brand new ranch style home with a full basement and was absolutely gorgeous and so modern. This was 100% the house we wanted without a doubt. We put in an offer before anyone else was even able to view it. We have bought 2 houses and sold 1 home with Irina and every promise made was delivered by Irina.
