I’ve been training with Kristin for over a year now and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience! Kristin is an extremely well rounded personal trainer in that she works with you to both reach your physical goals and build your confidence as an individual.Before we even started our training sessions, Kristin took the time to discuss goals, timelines, and any concerns I may have. This was very important to me because I was returning from injury, we were able to create a plan to help rebuild muscle in a safe and balanced manner.Our weekly training sessions were the perfect combination of fun and focus! Whether I walked in feeling tired or ready to get after it, I left feeling that I was able to get a great workout in. Kristin was also able to help me troubleshoot certain movements I was struggling with so that I can do my lifts with the correct form.Aside from her individual sessions, Kristin’s pop up events are always a great time! They are very upbeat and fun. If you’re looking for a personal trainer to better yourself as an athlete or to kickstart your workout journey Kristin is your girl!
