I contacted APPRO appliance because the door of my washer wouldn’t open. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 45 minutes thoroughly checking the machine. After inspecting it, he explained that there was no issue with the machine itself, but rather a problem with the water drainage, which turned out to be caused by an incorrect installation by the original installers. When I asked how much I owed, he said he couldn’t charge me as he hadn’t made any repairs. I was genuinely surprised to encounter such honesty in business, especially in the U.S. I highly recommend this company to all my friends. From now on, I will be resolving all appliance-related issues through this.

Our washer broke on a Friday. I emailed several places on Saturday and heard back from APPRO quickly. They were available to come the following day, on a Sunday! The technician Fuad was intelligent, knowledgable, efficient, and nice. The washer is fixed and the repair cost was very reasonable. I am very pleased with this company. I have now added them to my phone contacts and in the event we have another broken appliance I will definitely use them again.
