I contacted APPRO appliance because the door of my washer wouldn’t open. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 45 minutes thoroughly checking the machine. After inspecting it, he explained that there was no issue with the machine itself, but rather a problem with the water drainage, which turned out to be caused by an incorrect installation by the original installers. When I asked how much I owed, he said he couldn’t charge me as he hadn’t made any repairs. I was genuinely surprised to encounter such honesty in business, especially in the U.S. I highly recommend this company to all my friends. From now on, I will be resolving all appliance-related issues through this.
