I had a highly frustrating experience with this business. First, their rates are significantly overpriced compared with others. Second, they are unbelievably difficult to schedule and reschedule. Finally, the customer service representative was unprofessional and rude! There are tons of better cleaning businesses in the area . I would not recommend this business at all!

I can’t say enough good things about Upstraight Cleaning Services. I needed a post-construction cleaning and they fit me into their busy schedule, which I really appreciated. They cleaned my tall windows and high vents, removed old stains from the walls and even improved grout stains that I thought were permanent. Their attention to detail was incredible and my home felt truly refreshed. I’ll absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Nicola did a fantastic job cleaning a basement that we lived in for two years! It was extremely dusty & they literally made it spotless. It’s a whole new place now! We are very appreciate for the extra work they put into it (more than we asked for).

Don’t think, just book. Nicola and her team are AMAZING! They are so thorough and FAST. I was so impressed by their cleaning services and plan to use them for decluttering next. As someone with a multi-level home who has used multiple cleaning services in the past, I can very honestly say that this is the best I’ve experienced. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend UpStraight Cleaning Services! They did an outstanding job cleaning my basement unit. The entire space was spotless from top to bottom. The floors were sparkling clean, I couldn't find any dust, dirt, or cobwebs anywhere, and they paid great attention to detail. What impressed me the most was that they even cleaned the refrigerator without charging me extra. That level of professionalism and generosity shows they truly care about providing excellent service and exceeding their customers' expectations. The team was punctual, thorough, professional, and left my unit looking move-in ready. I will definitely use UpStraight Cleaning Services again and won't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company.Thank you for doing a superb job! My cleaning was amazing! Nicola reassured me before booking that I was making a great choice, and she did not disappoint one bit!! My place felt like a brand new apartment when I walked in. I absolutely loved the customer service, the quality of their work, and the attention to detail. Every room felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. I needed a move out clean immediately as another company cancelled me. I was 10 star pleased with Upstraight cleaning. They came out and cleaned on a Sunday, The apt. Was pristine clean when they were done. my neighbors even commented on my apt. And took down their name. I have since given their contact number to 7 people. If I wasn’t moving I would definitely have them for routine cleaning.

The Lord sent me an angel to help me! Thank you Jesus! Thank you Nicola and staff! The bricks have been lifted from my shoulders. I have been dealing with depression from 2025 to currently. My first cousin lost her battle to ovarian cancer shy a month to her 50th birthday. My brother final received a new heart, and I lost my 94 year old grandma. It's been hard y'all. I searched a cleaning company because everyone in my circle hears my cry but wasn't able to rescue me from my mess! Straight upcleaning service appeared and the reviews wins. They all were very positive and speaking with Nicola, she totally reassured me that she understood what I was going through and she spoke positive about my situation and was willing to help (no judgment). So any person in the Atlanta or Atlanta metro area please give my sista a call. It feels like I'm home. Thank you Nicola from the bottom of my heart for your service. Book her Today! You will not be disappointed.
